On behalf of Mayor Dr. Roderick Daus-Magbual and the Daly City Council, we invite you to join us for a free, all-ages event at the Top of the Hill on October 18, 2025 from 11am-6pm — a day of food, fun, and entertainment as we celebrate the heart of Daly City. Whether you’re a longtime resident or just passing through, everyone is welcome to join the festivities for the TOP Festival in the Bay Area.
Following a successful debut in 2024 — which welcomed over 10,000 attendees and featured 27 community partners — the Top of the Hill Festival has quickly become a highlight on the Bay Area’s cultural calendar. This year, we’re expanding our footprint and reach, and we anticipate an even bigger turnout.
Enjoy live performances from local talent, plus a headlining act to be announced soon! Explore a wide variety of food and merchandise vendors, connect with community organizations, and take part in exciting activities — including a classic car show, kids zone, pony rides, and more.
It’s the perfect way to spend the day with friends, family, and neighbors while celebrating what makes Daly City truly one of a kind. We can’t wait to see you there!
