Event Details

If there’s free beer involved, Broke Ass Stuart probably tipped us off, and that’s the case here with the Goaldiggers free beer bust this afternoon.

Facebook Event Page

You read it right, the Goaldiggers are offering a FREE beer bust on Saturday, December 11th from 4-8p at Truck. What is the catch? This month we are holding our annual food drive for the San Francisco Food Bank. In order to get all the beer you can drink from 4-8p, you simply need to bring a standard grocery sack of groceries to donate. This is the 4th year we’ve done this and have donated close to over 500 pounds of food to distribute to needy families during the holidays.

The San Francisco Food Bank collects, sorts, repackages and distributes thousands of pounds of food every day. This year, the Food Bank will send 36.5 million pounds of food out to communities in San Francisco and Marin counties. That’s enough for for over 78,000 meals every day. The makings of healthy meals start at over 500 food donation sources from farmers, manufacturers, grocers and individuals like you.

In particular, the food bank can use rice, pasta, canned fruits & vegetables, tuna, canned meats, soups, stews and chili, peanut butter and cereals (NO GLASS please).

So please join us and do some good for your community. As a added bonus, if you mention you saw this when you bring your donation to Truck you’ll receive THREE of our legendary Jello shots! No lie.
