Come learn the basics of Capoeira, a Brazilian martial art, at the Jack London Square Farmers’ Market.

This cardio and strength training class includes learning the basic movements and acrobatics of this beautiful art form, as well as getting a chance to play with other practitioners and singing some beautiful Brazilian music. Wear loose clothing and shoes are recommended.

Find them by the grass and palm trees every Sunday at 11am.
