Just swing by the demo table at 12:30 pm, 1 pm or 1:30 pm (before or after dining with us) for a quick hands-on 20 minute Siu Mai class.

No need to schedule – just show up.

Siu Mai is a purse-shaped pork dumpling (also commonly spelled shumai, shaomai, shui mai, shu mai, shui mei, sui mai, shao mai, siew mai, or siomai) that translates from the original Cantonese as “to cook and to sell,” simply stating that the dumpling is primarily prepared in a restaurant as opposed to in the home.
