Spend a delicious afternoon with Chef Tamearra Dyson of Souley Vegan. She will demonstrate how to create one of her favorite summer recipes, Spinach Tofu Pie.

Chef Tamearra Dyson is the executive chef and owner of the critically acclaimed Souley Vegan, a Louisiana Creole Restaurant that opened its doors in 2009 In the city of Oakland CA. She continues to grow as she travels to cater celebrity events and is currently seeking to open more locations. In addition to donating generously to several local organizations annually, Chef Dyson also takes time to mentor young adults in the community.
