The Japantown Community Benefit District has been working with the Mayor’s Office of Neighborhood Services, SF Dept. of Health and OEWD to bring Free COVID-19 testing to Japantown. Focus will be for those who live or work in our neighborhood.
If you would like to pre-register, please fill out the form . Pre-registered participants will be able to secure a specific time between 9am – 2pm. You can also call us at 415-265-5207 to pre-register.

Tuesday, November 17th
from 9am – 3pm (last testing at 3:00pm) on the Peace Plaza
WALK-INS WELCOME FROM 2PM – 3PM.
LAST TESTING WILL BE AT 3PM SHARP.
We ask that everyone wear masks and practice social distancing.
We will have on site Japanese speaking staff to assist in translation.
