Let’s Create Space and Heal Together
Tending to the Child Within: From Inner Child to Empowered Self
Join us in San Francisco for a first-of-its-kind, intimate intergenerational mental health gathering dedicated to transforming how Asian American and NHPI communities discuss mental health and healing. This grounded, community-centered dialogue will bring together youth, parents, caregivers, and elders in the heart of San Francisco. The transformative afternoon will feature notable intergenerational voices who have tended to their own inner child, along with guided discussions and interactive sessions—all designed to help you explore childhood experiences that shape our coping strategies and discover how letting go can open the door to a fuller, freer, more abundant life.
This accessible, non-clinical, and culturally rooted event creates a safe space to confront often-silenced issues, cultural barriers, and intergenerational misunderstandings. Participants will be invited into an exploration of the inner child as a transformative tool for both personal growth and communal healing.
Together, we can create space for gentle reflection on what we may still be carrying and inspire transformation of old patterns into strength, purpose, and empowerment. We hope this gathering provides a safe space for open conversations across generations and inspires you to continue your mental health journey.
Space is limited. Please register to reserve your seat.
