Free Dance Class & Health Checkup | SF
Join Kae Montgomery and Dance Out Diabetes for a free dance class every 2nd Saturday from 1-3 p.m. at the African American Art and Culture Complex.
This monthly class is for everyone, with or without diabetes, and for all ages and abilities. Get a free $100 value health check-up, learn a new dance, access certified diabetes educators and get a free subscription to the monthly weight management series. Free parking and easy Muni transit line access.
Join Dance Out Diabetes in learning the moves to Michael Jackson’s hit music video dance, Thriller. This spooky 1980s dance is still a popular and well-known video that crosses boundaries of language, culture, and geography. Instructor Caroline Howe simplifies this dance to make it fun and easy for anyone to do.
