The Conservatory’s light show, Photosynthesis, begins approximately 30 minutes after sunset every night, transforming the building into a canvas of colorful light art.
Spread out a blanket on our front lawns in Conservatory Valley as the sun sets for an amazing evening of free music and psychedelic visuals in San Francisco’s Golden Gate Park at the iconic Conservatory of Flowers every night this winter.Developed in partnership with the San Francisco Recreation and Park Department, the light art installation, designed by Lumigeek and Tim Digulla, uses projectors to transform the all-white landmark with a series of exquisite scenes inspired by the rare tropical flowers within this national landmark.
The flower-powered light show is free and open to all ages.
