Free Drive-in Movie Night 2025: Concord & San Jose
The West Wind Drive-in Free Movie Night is returning on Thursday, September 18, 2025, at theaters in Concord and San Jose. On their free movie nights, they usually have music, games, and of course, free movies for the whole family.
Gates open at 6 pm. Films start at sunset. Arrive early.
Free Drive-In Movie Night 2025
Thursday, September 18, 2025 | Movies usually start around 8 pm
– West Wind Drive-In & Public Market, 1611 Solano Way, Concord
– West Wind Drive-In & Public Market, 3630 Hillcap Ave, San Jose
FREE, but arrive early
- $2 Nachos all night long
- Bounce Houses
- Activities for all ages

Movies announced include:
- Minecraft
- Superman
Remember the Drive-In? If you haven’t been to a good ol’ fashioned drive-in movie in a while, head to West Wind Drive-in (yes, an old school drive-in where you listen to the movie on FM).
Normally, tickets are $9.75 a person for a double feature and Tuesday nights are just $6 (kids 5-11 are only $2, kids 4 and under are free) – a 1970s style bargain.
West Wind Capitol 6 Drive-In has three screens and will show:
- Jack the Giant Slayer (8 pm) followed by Fast Five (10:15 pm)
- Wreck-It Ralph (8 pm) followed by Jack the Giant Slayer (10 pm)
- Fast Five (8 pm) followed by Wreck-It Ralph (10:30 pm)
