Free Facilitation Lab w/ Hands-On Practice (SF)

Facilitation Lab San Francisco offers a hands-on environment where you can experiment, stretch your skills, and tackle real challenges in real time.

Led by Bethany Polentz, this session uses the interactive Practice Playground format—an engaging structure where participants rotate roles, test ideas, and work through real facilitation scenarios together. Instead of sitting back and listening, you’ll actively explore what works, what doesn’t, and why.

Bring something you’re currently facing: a workshop you’re refining, a team conversation that feels stuck, or a moment you wish you had handled differently. In this collaborative setting, you’ll gain perspective, practice new approaches, and receive thoughtful feedback from peers who care about improving how groups work together.

If you’re committed to designing better conversations and creating more effective collaboration, this is your space to learn by doing.
