Get free recipes and free samples of simple meals made from fresh farmers market ingredients each Tuesday at the CUESA Food Wise Booth starting 12:30 ’til whenever the food runs out.
Sarah Henkin, CUESA’s market chef (or a guest chef), will give out recipe cards and samples of a simple meal made with market ingredients and change depending on what’s in season. She’ll also be on hand to offer advice for all your seasonal meal planning.
Previous samples included winter slaw (made of beets, sprouts and carrots), kale chips, and roasted fennel soup.
