Event Details

Free community screening of “The Smell of Money,” a documentary on the intersections of environmental racism, air and water pollution, and animal cruelty. The film spotlights the industrial pig farms in North Carolina and the injustices impacting those communities. The documentary screening will be paired with vegan cheese tastings. This film screening kicks off the first Berkeley High U9 Climate Crisis, a student conference in which students will address the benefits of plant-based foods, and advocate for improvements to our sectors of transportation, water and air quality.
