Free Hot Dog Day | Inner Richmond
Sadly, the Frankenart Mart closed in February 2016 after 10 fun years.
The Frankenart Mart is a quirky “only in San Francisco” type of art gallery in the Inner Richmond. Not only do they have curious one-of-a-kind participatory art projects, but once a month there’s free hot dogs. Cat hair toppings are available.
Keep in mind, this is a teeny tiny (250 sq. feet) art gallery. So if you’re interested in strange and wonderful little art projects, this is a fun place to spend part of your Sunday and munch on a free dog.
Yes, Frankenart Mart is in between themes which means everything is in disarray, but they’re going to have hot dog day anyway. It will be a disheveled affair, but free beef and veggie dogs will make everything ok. The next theme at frankenart is Butcher Shop Retrospective – very meaty.
Please note, Hot Dog Day has been postponed from February 1 to February 8, 2015.
