Twirl and Dip – a classic food truck usually found in Golden Gate Park – is celebrating the grand opening of their brick and mortar location in Potrero Hill on 1717 17th St (at Carolina) on Friday, October 23, 2015 from 4-6 pm.

They will be serving free mini dipped cones and soft serve samples.

The Homeless Prenatal Program (HPP) has been chosen as beneficiary for the Grand Opening Party of Twirl and Dip soft serve. Please donate to them if you can.
