Free Intro to Yoga Workshop | Upper Haight

Learn how to practice yoga in a fun, supportive class with other beginners at the Yoga Garden SF.

This class is for students who have never taken a yoga class before, or who are interested in learning about how we teach yoga at YGSF. If you are too stiff or tight to join a regular class — this is place to start.

Advanced registration is required, because we keep our classes small. We provide everything you need — just wear comfortable clothing — a tee-shirt and shorts are best–and show up.

You must register by Friday, March 23 to attend.
