This one’s a strange marriage but all in good faith: The dirtcheap chiropractic place The Joint in Berkeley is putting on free show with a singer/songwriter who’s showed nothing but promise.

Free Live Music: Marina V

A Russian-born singer/songwriter with a “hauntingly beautiful voice” (LA Times) whose “melodic and passionate music” (Washington Post) has been influenced by the Beatles, Tchaikovsky, and Tori Amos. Marina has been named as one of the “Hot 100 Unsigned Artists” by Music Connection Magazine.

Doors open at 7 p.m., show starts at 7:30 p.m.

Just so you know, The Joint (which is on Telegraph right across from Adronico’s) also offers chiropractic for only $24 per visit; the first visit is $19. It is drop-in and open on weekends.
