Event Details

On April 21, 1992, convicted killer Robert Harris became the first San Quentin in-mate in 25 years to die in the gas chamber.  This award winning 90 minute documentary focuses on a dozen of the witnesses to that execution, from relatives of the victims to the relatives of the condemned,  including “official” state witnesses and the press.

A panel discussion follows the film.

NOTE: Graphic language about the gas chamber procedure is described in detail in this film.
