What was once a concrete freeway on-ramp was turned into the community gardens of Hayes Valley Farm.

What better place than one full of goodwill to practice Yoga?

Starting at 11:30 am on Sundays, Lindsey Goldberg teaches a free outdoors yoga class at Hayes Valley Farm. Feel the earth beneath your feet. Stick around afterwards for some volunteering at the farm as Sunday is one of their 3 open work days.

Wear comfortable clothing. Bring a yoga mat if you have one. No need to sign up. Just show up.
