Krav Maga SF is partnering with Paramount Pictures to offer FREE Intro to Krav Maga Self-Defense classes. RSVP and join us for any 45-minute time slot, choose from 5:30 pm, 6:30 pm or 7:30 pm.

In our Intro to Krav Maga Self-Defense class, you’ll learn practical and effective self-defense moves that you can use immediately for real-life situations, such as decisive movement, powerful strikes, and how to neutralize common street attacks. Krav Maga is one of the most efficient and functional self-defense systems, utilizing body mechanics and instinctive movement, and is accessible to almost everyone regardless of size, strength and fitness level.

Please arrive at least 10 minutes early, and wear comfortable workout clothes with athletic shoes that you can kick with.
