Like eating bugs? Like Tie Dye? Well then this is the event for you. Here at Chirps, they believe in eating bugs and fun. And that eating bugs should be fun. So they are hosting weekly free events in Dolores Park to bring San Franciscans together to talk about sustainability, eat bugs, and make new friends.
They’ll have everything you need to colorify your favorite white item, so bring a white shirt, bandana, etc. They’ll also have socks for you to tie dye for $1 each to cover costs.
And of course, they’ll also have Chirps Cricket Chips and Chocolate “Chirp” Cricket Cookies, so bring a friend who hasn’t eaten bugs before, and get them into the movement. Come find them part of the way up the hill from the Dolores side between 18th and 19th.
Free but an RSVP is required.
