CANCELED: “Nightlife on Mars” Comedy Night | SF

Nightlife on Mars is a weekly comedy show at Murphy’s Pub, produced by local comics Joe Nguyen, Red Scott, and Natasha Muse.

The three members of Nightlife on Mars are the triptych that represents the spiritual base of the San Francisco comedy scene. Between them, they’ve performed with comic talents ranging from Robin Williams to Wyatt Cenac, and have been featured by the SF Weekly, The Daily Mail, and KALW.

Most Saturdays | 8 pm to 9:30 pm

FREE with secret code CHEAPBASTARD (limited tickets only) otherwise it’s $10.

The show takes place in a private room in Murphy’s Pub.

January 24, 2013 Lineup includes:

• Joe Gorman – He has performed at San Franciso’s Punchline, Cobb’s Comedy Club, the Purple Onion, as well as the San Jose Improv. Most recently he was a part of SF Sketchfest 2012. He is also a stage actor, portraying Luke Skywalker in a stage adaptation of Star Wars at the Dark Room Theater and has worked with San Francisco sketch group Killing My Lobster.
• Steve Lee – His comedy blends his Chinese roots with his love for all things American. He performed at Cobb’s Comedy Club, the Punchline SF, San Jose Improv, Purple Onion, Rooster T. Feathers, Tommy Ts, Takeout Comedy Club (Hong Kong), and many different comedy clubs. 
• Jesse McGrath – Jesse is a Bay Area based stand up comedian, writer, and extremely generous lover. 
• Hector Rodriguez – Host and producer of the Off Color Comedy Showcase. Latin Comic performing all over the bay area including The Impala Lounge, Purple Onion, Kimo’s, Tommy Ts, Rooster Ts, Rocket Room.
• Stephen Ku A finalist in the 2011 Battle of the Bay Comedy Competition. Stephen’s favorite thing about himself is his modesty
• Morgan – Morgan is an unapologetic, transgendered transplant originally from New Jersey. Morgan’s story and act have made her a famous at clubs, private events and everything in between.
