Join us at Mrs. Dalloway’s Bookstore on Tuesday, September 15 at 6:30 when New York Times bestselling author AIDEN THOMAS comes to the store to launch the Young Adult novel Cemetery Boys: Espíritu. Aiden will be joined in conversation by content creator and community builder JOANNA GIL, and will sign books after the presentation.
AIDEN THOMAS is a trans, Latinx, New York Times Bestselling Author with an MFA in Creative Writing from Mills College. Originally from Oakland, California, they now make their home in the Pacific NW. Aiden is notorious for not being able to guess the endings of books and movies, and organizes their bookshelves by color. Their books include the Sunbearer Duology, Cemetery Boys, and Lost in the Never Woods.
JOANNA GIL is a Latina book content creator, moderator, and community builder passionate about stories and creating meaningful connections through reading. Through her online platforms, author conversations, literary festival coverage, and in-person events, she creates spaces where book lovers can discover new stories, celebrate diverse voices, and connect with others both online and offline.
