Join Iyengar yoga teacher Tony Eason for a free, destressing yoga session at San Francisco’s Ocean Beach, as part of series of Sunday outdoor classes.
Meet at the Java Beach Cafe at 11a with your own beach towel (or some resilient feet) and a bag lunch to share with other students after the lesson, and get your “om” and pratyahara on in some of San Francisco’s most scenic places.
