Go outside to get your om on at a free yoga session in Golden Gate Park this Saturday, September 10.
Every Saturday morning at 11 a.m., join Purusha Yogis at the Big Rec Baseball Field for a free yoga lesson and destress session and learn everything from backbends to arm balances in the middle of beautiful Golden Gate Park.
Check the group’s website on Saturday morning though, just to make sure weather doesn’t mess up your mountain poses.
