Freeeeezing Open Water Swim Day | Aquatic Park

Join Sports Basement for a dip in the bay at Aquatic Park to test out a demo rental wetsuit from Sports Basement or use your own personal wetsuit for a guided introduction to open water swimming, sighting tips, skills drills and a workout.

Meet on the stadium staircase area at the water’s edge to stretch and discuss the tips, drills and the workout ahead. Parking is available at the end of Van Ness Avenue near the water.

Please RSVP so we may prepare the necessary staff and materials for your arrival.

This series of free clinics is designed to provide you with a resource for your questions to be answered and to free you from doubt in your ability to successfully complete the race and/or set a new personal record (PR).
