Create your own job as an independent contractor or artist. Start and grow your freelancer business. Join Uptima Entrepreneur Cooperative’s 6-week Freelancer Course. Program runs from mid September-late October.

In our Freelancer Course, we guide you through a hands-on process of defining your service offering, developing client relationships, and establishing the foundation to thrive as a self-employed person. We combine in-person workshops with one-on-one mentorship, peer groups and an online learning environment to help you succeed. This course is well suited for individuals seeking self-employment as an independent contractor in a services industry or as an independent artist.

Schedule of Classes:
Tuesdays, 1-4pm – Sep 21, Sep 28, Oct 5, Oct 12, Oct 19 & Oct 26
Cost:
Free to apply; sliding scale fee based on household income
