Event Details

Freespace Pop-Up Community Center

Freespace is a pop-up community center focused on hacking the civic experience. It is hosted in a 14,000 sqft warehouse in S0Ma, San Francisco, envisioned and implemented entirely by you.

Freespace was originally just a one month project, but it was extended to two months thanks to successful Indiegogo campaign. They’re now open periodically (check their schedule). They host a wide array of events and projects like classes, music, art, silent discos, yoga, a free bikeshare, community engagement and field trips, and more than a few silly costumes.

Freespace Final Day | Freespace Pop-Up Community Center

Freespace has been an amazing two-month experiment in taking over of three-story warehouse and throwing free events just for the fun of it. Saturday, July 27, 2013 is the final night.

Trust us, this will be a fun, unique evening.
