First Friday Art Show at Field Day & Friends (Oakland)

Join us for and evening of art & sustainable shopping during November’s First Friday event! We are pleased to exhibit the work of Brooke Hardy @gross_grain_press at Field Day & Friends. If you haven’t already visited, Field Day & Friends is a sustainable boutique that offers clothing, jewelry, home goods, apothecary, and stationery all made in the U.S., mostly in the Bay Area by artists & indie brands at affordable prices. We’re located within walking distance from 19th St BART and Lake Merritt.

Brooke Hardy is an Oakland based artist, primarily working in printing and book art, using both traditional and experimental techniques. They also works with oil painting, experimental canvases, acrylic, collage, pen and ink, linoleum print, letter press, sewing, and sculpture.

We look forward to seeing you at the Opening Reception on Friday from 5-9pm where you can meet the artist. The exhibit will run through the month.
