Led by Reiki Master and Yoga Flow SF teacher Alyssa Lauren Stone, this Full Moon experience blends three potent healing modalities: restorative yoga, energy-based Reiki, and a meditative sound bath using Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, chimes, and global instruments.

As the Full Moon reaches peak illumination, we’ll harness its energy to restore balance, clear emotional and energetic blockages, and set powerful intentions. You’ll be guided through supported yoga poses while receiving gentle Reiki healing.

This combination of stillness, vibrational sound, and energy work promotes deep relaxation and energetic alignment to support both mental clarity and spiritual renewal.
