Gamble Garden Compost Workshop & Free Compost Giveaway

Have you ever wondered what to do with all your kitchen or garden waste? Good! This workshop is for you! We will explore the world of compost from a practical, how-to perspective. This 2 hour, not too technical, exploration into the world of organic waste recycling will leave you feeling that composting can be done by anyone while forever changing the way you look at your potato peelings. Join us to learn about how one small act of waste diversion at your home can have major positive impacts on the environment, the soil and our society.

This workshop will be held in-person at Gamble Garden. Please wear a mask and be prepared to observe all social distancing guidelines.

Compost Giveaway: GreenWaste will be handing out free bags of OMRI Certified Organic Compost produced from 100% recycled yard trimmings from Palo Alto! Bags are limited and will be handed out on a first come, first served basis.
