San Francisco, Calif., March 2, 2026 — Garden Rhythms, a free celebration of Latin American Music and Cuisine featuring a live performance by Grammy-winning bilingual duo 123 Andrés, comes to the Children’s Creativity Museum’s (CCM) Creativity Theater at Yerba Buena Gardens in downtown San Francisco’s Yerba Buena neighborhood on March 8 at 1pm.
The event brings together family entertainment, high-energy music, and delicious Latin American appetizers from local Yerba Buena restaurants for a vibrant festival experience. After their performance, 123 Andrés will take questions and sign books and albums they produced that get the whole family singing and learning, in Spanish and English. Garden Rhythms is made possible by grants from the Office of Mayor Daniel Lurie, San Francisco Office of Economic & Workforce Development (OEWD) and the neighborhood’s community benefit district Yerba Buena Partnership.
“San Francisco’s heritage and cultural celebrations energize our city and strengthen our social fabric. They also support artists and entrepreneurs who are essential to a thriving economy. We are delighted to support such an inclusive and fun-filled event that will bring buckets of joy and more economic prosperity to the Yerba Buena neighborhood,” said Anne Taupier, OEWD Executive Director.
“When our community gathers to play and celebrate, creativity and collaboration follows,” said Children’s Creativity Museum Executive Director Katharine Greenbaum. “Performances at our Creativity Theater are a perfect complement to the hands-on art, design, and innovation experiences we offer.”
“Yerba Buena is the premiere arts and cultural district in the city for all ages and backgrounds,” said Yerba Buena Partnership Executive Director Scott Rowitz. “The Children’s Creativity Museum is an incredible resource for Bay Area children and families.”
The Yerba Buena neighborhood, emanating from Yerba Buena Gardens, includes SFMOMA, YBCA, MoAD, Moscone Center and other iconic attractions, and boasts the highest concentration of museums, galleries and public art in the city. Yerba Buena is also located within the larger Filipino Cultural Heritage District.
