Genocide Documentary “The Broken Promise” Premiere

Experts, elected officials, survivors of genocide and their children speak out in a new documentary film that explores re-emergent patterns of genocide, as well as the political and institutional failures that allow crimes of humanity to keep happening. From Marin activist Gayle Donsky and director Kurt Norton of Gravitas Docufilms, The Broken Promise takes a hard look at humanity’s worst moments and the ways that authoritarianism and consumerism are complicit in allowing them to occur.
