Ghirardelli “On-The-Go” Re-Opening Weekend at Ghirardelli Square

Calling San Francisco Bay Area Neighbors: Ghirardelli On The Go is now open starting May 8th. Their On-The-Go shop at Ghirardelli Square is now open for to go orders. Enjoy a World Famous Hot Fudge sundae on a walk or in your home.

The store is mostly outside now for better social distancing, and there is a limited menu to make things easier for now – just a few sundae options, but expect more varieties to be added soon. (You can always ask if one of your favorites is missing from the menu and maybe you’ll get lucky)

For right now it’s walk-up orders only, but starting next week they expect to have online pre-ordering and delivery available.

• Sunday – 12:00 PM – 7:00 PM
• Monday – closed
• Tuesday – closed
• Wednesday – 12:00 PM – 7:00 PM
• Thursday – 12:00 PM – 7:00 PM
• Friday – 1:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• Saturday – 1:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Store Features & Safety Measures

• Now Available for carry out, pick-up and delivery!
• State and local guidelines will be followed.
• Employees with be using masks and gloves for your safety.
• Plexi shields will be in place at the cash register stations for added protection.
• To respect your safety, our chocolatiers will provide customer assistance from afar.
• Surfaces will be sanitized regularly, and all products are handled with care.
• Signage and floor markers supporting social distancing guidelines will be prominently displayed to protect guests.
• Sanitation dispensers will be available for guests to utilize.
• Please wear a face covering, this is required by the SF Department of Public Health.
• Avoid visiting in person if you have a cough or fever.
• Remember to keep your social distance at least 6ft apart. Please do not shake hands or engage in any unnecessary physical contact.
• Bring home an array of chocolate squares, bars, gifts, baking mixes and chocolate chips.
• Now serving a limited selection of fountain items: shakes, hot & frozen cocoas and sundaes such as the World-Famous Hot Fudge Sundae, featuring our handmade hot fudge!
• Don’t forget to try our NEW Gold Rush Sundae, inspired by the NEW White Caramel Square
