Dave Gomberg of SF Ferments will show you how to make ginger beer, a traditional and refreshing beverage that can be made either alcohol-free, or with a low alcohol content.

Bring a clean two-liter bottle to take away a starter for your own brew.

Please note: This is a ticketed event. Please come to the Adult Reference desk on Saturday, March 26 for tickets. Each person must have a ticket to attend.
