Event Details

Discover your inner maker and bring the whole family to “Everybody Makes: Girls Day at The Tech.” This event is devoted to providing girls and their siblings with opportunity, inspiration and fun with STEM learning.

Meet members of Space Cookies, an all-girls robotics program sponsored by Girls Scouts and NASA — you might even get a chance to drive their robot. Design plastic masterpieces with a 3D pen, or check out a 3D printer that prints organic material (chocolate, anyone?) They’ll also welcome AxiDraw, a portable robot artist that can draw and write whatever you wish. They will also have many favorites from past events, including soldering, coding and more.

And don’t miss their new IMAX film “Dream Big,” whose majestic visuals and incredible stories of human ingenuity will sweep you away. Showtimes are at 11 a.m., 1 p.m. and 3 p.m.
