“Girls on the Run” Virtual Open House

Join Girls on the Run Bay Area for our free, virtual open house! We are a non-profit, after-school running program that educates and builds confidence in girls in the 3rd-8th grades. Our program combines training for a 5K running event with uplifting workouts that encourage emotional, social, mental, and physical development.

This fun one-hour event will provide a program preview for the Spring 2021 season and will provide valuable information for new and returning volunteers, as well as interested parents.

Attendees will learn:

– How Girls on the Run is meeting the needs of our community SAFELY this year

– Opportunities to host virtual or in-person programming

– Deadlines for site and coach applications

– What to expect from our coach training and how we support volunteers

– When and how to promote the program to families in your communities

– Opportunity to ask questions and find the right fit for your interests!
