Golden Gate Park’s “Golden Mile” Beer & Wine Garden (Summer Weekends 2023)

Pull together a few Adirondack chairs or grab one of the picnic tables and take a a breather from exploring “The Golden Mile” in Golden Gate park with a favorite adult (and non-adult) beverage. Kid and dog friendly.

What time is the beer garden open for 2023?
Saturdays and Sunday, Memorial Day to Labor Day – Noon to 6pm
The beer garden is closed during Outside Lands (Aug. 12-13)

Where is the Golden Mile beer garden?
It’s located on JFK Drive at the 14th Ave. East Meadow, just west of the Rose Garden – See Map

They promise live music, food trucks, street art, picnic tables, Adirondack chairs, family games and more.

The pop-up beer and wine garden is on the promenade for the summer! It will be open from noon to 7 p.m. at the 14th Avenue East Meadow just west of the Rose Garden on Saturdays and Sundays. Swing by for drinks, music, food trucks, art, and the atmosphere of Golden Gate Park.

See the drink menu, food truck and music lineup for this weekend – please note that sometimes this website is behind the times, but we’re told this is taking place every Saturday and Sunday through Labor Day Weekend 2023. Please note live music typically lasts from about 12:15p to 5p.

Plus the 1.5 mile long Golden Mile is full of massive murals painted on the pavement, large-scale public art, three pianos for open play, ping pong, a library, a living room, and more.

Where is the Golden Mile Beer Garden?
The “Golden Mile” starts on JFK by the Conservatory of Flowers – the beer garden and live music stage is located around JFK and 14th  just west of the de Young and just north of the eastern edge of Stow Lake. See the map.
