Good Neighbor: A Laugh Gone Viral | Mill Valley

On Friday, May 6, the Mill Valley Public Library will welcome Los Angeles-based sketch comedy group Good Neighbor for an evening of laughter and levity. The group’s brand of good-natured comedy has found a home online, where many of its videos have become viral hits and have caught the attention of Comedy Central, VH1, and CNN, among other networks.

For its May 6 show at the Mill Valley Public Library, Good Neighbor (http://www.goodneighborstuff.com/) has arranged a unique performance that will include live skits and video. The performance will be followed by a discussion about the group’s approach to creating comedic material and how the internet has changed the landscape for the creative artist.

The event is part of the Library’s continuing First Friday series featuring after-hours lectures and performances. The event is free, and will include a wine reception before and after the performance. The performance will begin at 7:00 p.m. and will take place in the Main Reading Room of the Mill Valley Public Library, located at 375 Throckmorton Ave. in Mill Valley.
