Grace Cathedral’s Labyrinth Walk for Peace | SF

Everyone around the world is encouraged to come together for a global event for world peace. Over 40 locations in 10+ countries will take part in a simultaneous “moment of peace” with a reading of the Invocation for Peace at 1:11 pm PST and meditation walking through a labyrinth on Saturday, July 22, 2017. 

Locally, you’re welcome to join together to walk the beautiful labyrinth at Grace Cathedral in San Francisco. You’re encouraged to wear white or light colored clothing as sign of unity and inclusion of all.

A prayer labyrinth is a labyrinth used to facilitate prayer, meditation, spiritual transformation, and/or global unity, and Grace Cathedral is home not one, but two labyrinths. You’re welcome to enjoy the labyrinths as a walking meditation, a spiritual practice or simply an opportunity to calm the mind and enjoy peace, quiet and reflection.
