Black Cultural Zone Presents the GRAND OPENING of East Oakland’s very own outdoor roller skating rink at Liberation Park (7101 Foothill Blvd. )! Celebrate with us at our first evening skate party on June 20th at 4pm. Tickets include skating reservation and champagne toast! We hope to see you there!
