Shake Shack is excited to open its newest Shack at 33 Hillsdale Shopping Center. This critically acclaimed, modern-day “roadside” burger stand is known for its 100% all-natural Angus burgers chicken sandwiches and griddled flat-top dogs (no hormones or antibiotics – ever), fresh-made frozen custard, crispy crinkle-cut fries and more.

In addition to the classics, the Hillsdale Shack will be spinning up a unique selection of frozen custard concretes with local purveyors Pie Dreams (“Pie Oh My” – Vanilla custard blended with pieces of Pie Dreams seasonal pie), Dandelion Chocolate (“S’Mores” – Chocolate custard, marshmallow sauce, graham crackers, Dandelion chocolate chunks), and Manresa Bread (“MB Malt” – Vanilla custard, malted fudge sauce, Manresa Bread whole wheat chocolate chip walnut cookie).

Guests can enjoy delicious menu offerings, a custom mural by local Bay Area artist Fnnch, and the first 100 people in line when the doors open at 11 am on opening day (12/15) will receive a custom Shake Shack beanie.
