Celebrate the official reopening of the iconic Original Ghirardelli Chocolate & Ice Cream Shop at Ghirardelli Square – a San Francisco landmark – by joining Ghirardelli for a day of sweet treats and exciting guests!
Free Hot Fudge Sundaes!
To kick off the celebration, on July 13, 2023, the public is invited to join the festivities, and in honor of Ghirardelli’s 171-year history, the first 171 people in line to enter the store will receive a free Ghirardelli World Famous Hot Fudge Sundae.
Ghirardelli will kick off the celebration on Thursday, July 13, 2023 with music and games throughout Ghirardelli Square starting at 9:00 a.m. The newly renovated flagship store will officially reopen at 11:00 am when Multiple Grammy Award winning artist, singer, actor, producer and best-selling writer Kelly Rowland will lead a ceremonial ribbon cutting, along with Ghirardelli management team and community partners.
The celebrations will last all weekend through Sunday July 16, which is National Ice Cream Day.
