“The Great San Francisco Sock Hop” is a happy hour event to collect socks for the homeless.
Bring a pack of new socks (or a minimum $5 donation for Glide) and you’ll get a beer float with Tiger Beer and Humphry Slocombe, and you’ll get down to some great Motown music courtesy of MOM DJs.

There are more than 10,000 homeless people in San Francisco and socks are one of the most requested items at shelters.

- Poodle skirts and greaser attire are not required, but always encouraged.
