This ‘Green’ Dinner event promises to be one of the most unique experiences available in San Francisco at a secret pop-up location with a summer brunch menu including farm egg omelettes cooked to order, seasonal salads, thick cut bacon, fresh fruit, desserts and pastries, along with infused cocktails and Mimosas
These pop-up ‘edible’ events feature mouth-watering menu items highlighting seasonal ingredients paired with other ‘specialty’ substances. For over 25 years, Peruvian-trained chef Rachel Rubin has been bringing the global local. These moving events are for foodies and chefs alike, who appreciate the art of blending local seasonal fare with fine ‘herbs’. Each guest rates their infusion level and Rachel brings out the local farm ingredients, pairing them with an influence of worldly flavors from her time working in Paris and her South American background.
