Halloween on Cortland is an annual neighborhood trick-or-treating and community celebration held along the Cortland Avenue commercial corridor in San Francisco’s Bernal Heights neighborhood. Founded by Greening Projects in 2024, the event brings together families, local merchants, and residents for safe, festive trick-or-treating and Halloween activities.
