Halloween Costume Swap | Hayward

Bring a kid’s costume and accessories (for ages 3-16) and swap them for something new-to-you during the first round, from 5:00—6:00. Or if you don’t have a costume to bring, show up for the second round at 6:00 and see what treasures they’ve got.
