Just in time for Halloween, it’s the
Halloween Special Coyote Trek and Scary Animal Night!
Event Coyote Prowl Howl!
Saturday, 10/29 5pm – 8pm San Francisco, CA
It’s the Halloween Special Coyote Trek and Scary Animal Night big event. With a scary story and pumpkin treats, we’ll search for close relatives of the Big Bad Wolf, in the dark, in their habitat! (Stay close to the group. You know what happens in horror movies when you get separated.) Is it a Coyote, or a Chupacabra?
The Nature Walk and Bird Count has been a tradition for a number of years in and around San Francisco, and the adjacent areas.
- Everyone is welcome on this count, including novices and experts. I submit the data after the count and send everyone a link via email.
- If you’re interested but can’t afford to pay, please come and enjoy the trek into nature with us. If you can, a $30 donation ($10 per hour) would be helpful at this time.
- If you have binoculars, please bring them. Wear sturdy footwear, cover your head and body, use sunblock (at least on your nose), bring water and a little snack, and be ready to have fun.
