Event Details

The paintings of Addie Shevlin invite us to gently ease into a place both familiar and unknown. The subtle layers of color and punches of juicy paint conjure remnants of place and sound. Celebrate First Thursday with a reception for Addie Shevlin’s exhibits, Indeterminate Pathways on September 6, 2012.

Referenced from places and experiences both actual and imaginary, Shevlin brings us from landscape to abstraction and around again. While the pathway is indeterminate, Shevlin’s paintings are more about the journey than the destination.
