The Festival of Chariots starts with a small parade from the intersection of Telegraph and Stuart Street, towards UC Berkeley. reaching Haste St and Peoples Park for the Hare Krishna Festival from Noon till 6:30 PM. there will be free admission, free entertainment and a free vegetarian feast.
